This Is Me! developmental card game

A self-discovery card game for uncovering the strengths within you

Using the cards on your own, you can find your main strengths, which define who you really are.

Using the main strengths of your own personality brings the greatest happiness into your everyday life. By their very nature, your personal strengths build you up, energize you and fill you with positive emotions. That's why it's so important to find the 5–7 main strengths that define you most. The good news is that you won't need anyone or anything other than your own determination and the cards.

As a parent, teacher or trainer, you can also help others discover their strengths.

The card game is suitable for both group and home use.

Whether at home, in the classroom or as the leader of a group session, these cards encourage people to talk and think about who they really are, what strengths define them, what they love and how they connect to the world around them.

The cards are especially recommended for:

• People committed to self-development

• Helping professionals

• Trainers

• Parents

• Teachers

• Leaders of groups and organizations

The cards offer a wonderful opportunity to quickly get to the essence of yourself or others. They open up a new world for you, allowing you to reassess what you previously knew or thought about yourself or others.

They can help you and others:

• identify the strengths within you,

• assess whether you (or someone else) are living according to your strengths,

• develop the ability to express and recognize strengths,

• develop positive communication,

• develop a strengths-based outlook on life.

With every game, you can get closer to the best version of yourself. And as a parent, teacher or leader of any group, you can help others do the same.
